The hotel service is exceptionally good, when you first check in, the staff at the front desk patiently explains the hotel do's and don'ts. I forgot something when I checked out myself, and when I realized it, the staff had already taken care of it for me. It was really a very good stay!

Manager Francisco was amazing . Very professional and helpfull from check in to every interaction . He goes about and beyond to help the client . He is very soft spoken and always willing to provide extra help to clients .

Super close to the train station. The hotel is an old Swiss chalet type house. You can book the sauna for free. The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can go to the mountains easily by public transport near the hotel. Itwas one of the best stays.

Some of the staff were lovely and one lady really made our day with advice on where to visit the beds were comfy and the room was clean the shower was amazing, breakfast was " ok "

Nice unique Swiss chalet hotel. First impression from the counter was great. Professional, patient and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Place was quite near the Interlaken West station, so you could either walk, or a take a bus, which was 2 stops away. From the same bus stop, you could use the free visitor pass to get to other places as well. Enjoyed the view in the morning from the balcony.
