1. Spacious room 2. Free room upgrade 3. Next to to Interlaken West train station. However there was no sound pollution from the train. 4. Clean and spacious toilet 5. Helpful receptionist and cleaners 6. Early check in was given

Location was too good, right next to Interlaken west and in-front of Migros/Denner. Restaurant options below were good as well, although we did not try. Although we did a self-checkin host was prompt to respond to the call and help us with the checking into the apartment. He was kind enough to upgrade our apartment to Private Bathroom and kitchen as we were travelling with small kids, appreciate that gesture. Parking options in Migros basement was economical as well, around CHF 2 per night. Walking around is a very good in vicinity.

Everything is perfect! Room is , spacious, microwave and fridge inside, free stocks of tea and coffee, sofa inside, and a super comfy bed!

Right across from a grocery store and immediately next to the Interlaken West bahnhof were huge bonuses. Having three suites per one bathroom was a good number as well as it ensured no one was really waiting long. Plus laundry facilities were a big plus. Swiss efficiency on check in instructions was also hugely appreciated.

Location couldn't be better right by train station and mall with super market across the street Short walk to shopping and tour bus stop We had a double room in the backpacker's The room had microwave and tea and coffee and a washing sink which is good for a backpackers Except for the the one negative over all a great stay AAA+++
