The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and delicious. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome like at home.

The property had lots of character with vintage items to see placed all around. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a balcony room at the views were outstanding.

Location was great, just 5 mins walk from the Interlaken Ost train station and the cable car station to Harder Kulm is just opposite. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Excellent service! Well done Carlton Europe Hotel!

Such a beautiful hotel with lots of character and charm! The bedroom was gorgeous, there was a spacious shower, and the bedding was to die for (soft fluffy pillows and duvet). But the highlight was by far the in-hotel restaurant…I had one meal there and received excellent service and delicious food.

The breakfast was nice, and the location is good too. The station towards Harder Kulm is right in front of the hotel just across the river.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating with every aspect of our stay. They went out of their way in assisting us to do our laundry. They helped us with useful suggestions what to do in the area and with transportation hints. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection in a very comfortable place with a patio that has a beautiful view
