The property is great! Staff is really helpful (Diane). The room is great, nice and spacious. Kitchen ware is stunning! They provide everything you can imagine! Even cheese fondue, raclette, and you can even bake your own cake with their tools! They provide more than 10 set of glasses and tableware, including red wine, white wine, and champagne glass! This is stunning. Bed and bathroom are new, nice, and clean.

The building itself boasted top-notch functionality, from the automated garage door and secure locking systems to a swift elevator and high-quality finishes, ensuring safety and security throughout. Instructions around the building were labelled very well and the team have done an excellent job with the entire operations. The apartment offered stunning mountain views and was conveniently located near shops, bus stops, and the train station for easy access to Interlaken Ost. Inside, the amenities included a fully equipped kitchen, where we were able to cook and clean most nights, a washing machine, dryer, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The cleanliness and brightness were impeccable, reflecting the excellent maintenance and quality of the entire building.
