Everything was ok, including location, cleanliness, modernity and a night bar which was more than acceptable. Recommended especially if coming with car, as it has private and secure parking

We didn't have breakfast. The room was immaculate and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff member, at our arrival, was very nice and helpful, and the lady at the reception, in the morning when we checked out, was so sweet and nice.

Beautiful modern room. I really liked the lighting in the room that made it really cosy. Spacious bathroom. Nice restaurant downstairs with lovely staff. Great location.

It was nice to get welcome drinks. Superb breakfast with all needed. Bottled water in the room. Private parking in the place. Friendly stuff at the reception and in the bar.

We only stayed for one night, but our experience was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. What really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the hotel—it’s clear they go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms were super clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a great view from our room, adding to the experience. Another big plus was the secure parking with well-organized spaces, giving us peace of mind about our car’s safety. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return!

I would definitely come back to Rufi's Hotel Innsbruck. Initially we booked it because we were at a loss at what to choose and as Rufi is the name of our late dog, we opted for this one, and we were SO GLAD we did. The room was lovely, spacious, clean, comfy beds and a great shower. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and even offered us an Innsbruck pass (which was awesome!) because we stayed for two days. The hotel bar was lovely and they had a good selection of food on the menu. Special thanks to Carla/Karla on the front desk for being super helpful, attentive and extremely professional when I required her help later in contacting my brother due to a medical emergency - thank you!
