Everything thing. Nothing to dislike. The receptionist was very good to us. She was so lovely, friendly and helpful . I would highly recommend this hotel. Only a short walk to the old town.

Very walkable to all of central Innsbruck. Small but comfortable rooms. Beautiful breakfast room and guest lounge. Helpful staff. Ski storage.

The room was huge and well set up, and the comfy chair was very useful (& definitely comfy). the visit from the ghost was a bit of a surprise!

Location was perfect to the fernicular up to the top of Innsbruk as well as to the Christmas markets. Room was really comfortable and great sized bathroom!
