we enjoyed the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet in the night (we had a room to the front and left the window open), the neighbourhood had good vibes, the room was nice, check in very easy with the keybox and instructions were clear. Free parking (as it was a weekend) was difficult to find but there is a car park (payable) opposite

This was a nice hotel in a good location in the city. The room was comfortable, but not luxury. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. If you are skiing it is a 800m walk in a straight line to the bus station where the buses leave to the different ski fields (and the bus fares are really cheap). The hotel is nice and close to the old town which is great for shopping and restaurants

Old style Hotel in good location for easy walk to old town, river, train station and ski jump. Very nice reception staff, early check in was good bonus and bag storage after checkout meant an extra few hours exploring the town.

The room was clean and quiet. There were separate beds as agreed. I could see the some to of the mountains from the window. The breakfast was good too and I would stay again in this hotel. Short walk from the old town.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Innsbruck railway station. Although it’s advertised as self-check-in, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with everything upon arrival. The location is perfect—close to all major tourist attractions and well-connected to public transport. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free 3-day public transport pass and city card, which added great value to our trip. The room was spotless, and the beds were super comfy, ensuring a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck!

The room was really nice and large, with very comfy beds. Staff were really friendly. Location was very convenient for both exploring the city and for transport links.
