The staff was amazingly friendly and wanted to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I arrived hours before the check-in time and the owner arranged a room for me and I was able to get my room very early, change and leave to the mountains for a nice hike.

Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Kind staff, amazing location, a wonderful breakfast and a stunning cozy interior. Our room also had a lovely view. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Innsbruck in the future.

On arrival the receptionist was extremely helpful, She explained the arrangements for parking and even recommended a very good restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was particularly good with plenty of fresh and varied options.
