The staff is very kind and helpfull, especially Stephan. The position is 5 km from Innsbruck but with the bus is very easy to go. Bus stop is just 50 mt far and busses every 10 min!

Good location and is clean. When you book two nights or more, the city of Innsbruck gives you free bus tickets to go to the city and to the slopes.

Fabulous hotel. The staff were very helpful and receptive to any questions raised. The breakfast was yummy and set us up nicely for the day ahead. The digital card was an added bonus to our stay. We shall definitely book in again for next year. It's time to bring the children with us. Thank you.

Great view of the snowy mountains!!!! Nice walking distance to downtown Igls and access to public transportation! Great bus service. The people at check-in a at the front desk during the stay were kind and accommodating. Parking was available and easy.

From the hotel you can walk to ski lift takes about 10 minutes. Ice skating and sledding nearby. Beer vending machine was good. Breakfast was ok value and check in at hotel was excellent and very friendly.

Stephan was excellent in communication. Super understanding and helpful! The room was perfect. Everything clean and organized. The location is excellent, very close to Patscherkofel station, 8 minutes by bus.

Our family had a short stay, but very enjoyable. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home, which makes you forget that your real home is several thousands miles away. Location is lovely, fairly remote, extremely beautiful and most importantly quiet - ideal for guests such as myself coming from busy and overpopulated cities. Loved the stay at Gruber Hotel - definitely will stay again!
