You can drive up to the accommodations loading zone located close to the hotel in order to unload the luggage. The parking garage is located directly in front of the entrance to the old town. It is called Altstadtgarage and is located at the address, Innrain 4.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. However the room was very hot even if it was wintertime (March). The reception gave us the advice to turn down the radiator, but it didn't work. The air-conditioning wasn't on and we couldn't start it. It seemed to be locked.

This Hotel was everything we expected. Perfect location for Christmas markets. Fantastic restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast. All of the staff were exceptional. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in Innsbruck.

Well located with cheerful, helpful staff. It was a chance to experience a bit of history in this iconic building. Facilities were modern and functional withouts feeling that the originality of the building had been compromised.

This place was a big win for me. Amazing location in the middle of the old town, right by so main of the main sights and surrounded by great shops and restaurants and 15mins from the airport in a taxi (about 17eur one way). The hotel oozes history everywhere you look. Has a charming (but tiny) bar area, and the restaurant tables are scattered amidst archways. I didn't have breakfast here (18eur) but I did have dinner and lunch on separate days - both were delicious and the pricing was fair for the area. The bedroom was perfectly acceptable - I had an attic twin on 4th floor - soft furnishings a little dated but it was spacious, the beds were very comfy and the shower was brilliant with lots of hot water. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. SOOOO friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome.
