A really comfortable place to stay, pleasant SPA area and a good pool. Ample parking was a huge plus, as was the friendliness of the staff.

The view from the hotel room was simply amazing. Drinking coffee on the balcony every morning felt like such a privilege. Good hygiene in the room on arrival. The cleaners did a good job tidying up during our stay. Sauna was great, multiple options. The indoor pool is good and the outdoor pool is heated properly and therefore very comfortable. The bar is open till late. Special thanks to bartender Jeffrey for making cocktails according to our wishes! Such extra effort is much appreciated. Definitely worth revisiting.

All members of staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room clean and comfortable. Good parking facilities, even for taller vehicles. Good choice for food available when taking the half board option. Great location for local walks and skiing, and an excellent free public bus service to Innsbruck using the hotel issued visitor card. Very good leisure facilities.

Very friendly staff. Clean and cozy room with an amazing view from the window. Delicious breakfast. The hotel has everything and more that you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Definitely gonna come back to Innsbruck and stay here. We were able to do the check-in early + room was big clean with a very beautiful view and modern bathroom, the food was very delicious ( breakfast and dinner) all the receptionists were very friendly. And they allowed us to leave our luggages there after we checked out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great room with plenty of space and a nice comfortable bed. Very good food at the restaurant and a very good brekkie too.
