The property is ideally located if you like the calm and the views. You can easily join Innsbruck with a train (free with the welcome card you will get from Andrea), enjoying more views. Andrea is very welcoming and the breakfast is perfect.

An exceptional place. The views range from beautiful to achingly, hilariously pretty with clearer weather. The staff are all wonderful and paid attention to the little things; nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room with shared balcony - a standout feature! The location is just right - not too remote but far enough away that you feel totally at peace. The road, though small, is in good order and easy to drive. In the end, I didn't really want to leave!

This place is a real gem! We loved the location in the mountains and the hosts are just wonderful. The breakfast is delicious and you will want for nothing. Views are breathtaking!
