Very clean, comfortable, nicely designed, easy self check-in, extremely central location, responsive reception staff, added bonus you can use the hotel's sauna, steam room and pool. You can also use the gym nearby, however the hours advertised by the hotel are inaccurate, I recommend going into the gym (cafe entrance) and asking staff when a good time to go is, as they do group classes and you cannot really access the gym floor during those times.

The apartment was clean, mattress was comfortable. It was close to everything which was walking distance. We had breakfast at the hotel which was a buffet breakfast and only 15 euros pp. Check in and out was easy. Reception staff were very helpful. As you walk out of the apartment there are shops all around. Close to Christmas markets. We loved everything about Innsbruck and the Apartment. Thank you

Location (it was super close to everything), there was a lift so we didn’t have to lug our stuff up the stairs, there was a fully functioning kitchenette in the room (minus plates and bowls?) and it was very clean. Check out was also very easy.

Awesome location - fabulous apartment - but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Maybe a little old - but sagged terribly in the middle - so no good for 2 people.
