We came for few days because of Ski Jumping Four Hills Tournament and we had an amazing stay at the hotel. Nicely designed, clean room with an amazing view towards Bergisel. Bed is out of this world, I had best sleep in months. Also Welcome Mobile Card is great perk! Location of the hotel is great, public transport is in vicinity on each side of the hotel, Billa supermarket is very close. Loved it here. We are coming back next year.

Everything, it’s a perfect, great value hotel and the staff are the very best, charming and super helpful. Would recommend to any visitor to Innsbruck.

Great room, comfortable beds and great bathroom. The decoration in wooden style and the balcony with view of the mountains was a bonus, and the breakfast was really good

The shower in the bathroom was the best one that I’ve had in Europe. I stayed there three nights and took five showers. It was so very good. The location was great, easy to get around town on the trams three different stops within 100 yards. A very safe neighborhood and safety is important to me. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular. The value was spectacular! I told my wife that I was going to bring her to Innsbruck and and we were going to stay at Binders!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great mountain view from the room. I absolutely love the wooden style interior design. There was a supermarket nearby with a 2 mins walk distance, it closed at 19:30. I got a splinter on my finger and asked for help from the receptionist, the lady was super friendly and suggested me to go to the pharmacy nearby (just 7 mins walk) to look for a cream which can help remove it. She definitely saved my day and solved my problem so I really appreciated her help.

My loft attic room was perfect for a relaxing 3 days after a hectic 4 weeks on the road. Beautiful sunrise over the mountain. Contrasting heavy rain on my dormer skylight window. Very accommodating staff to find a tool to break a busted luggage lock. Nice breakfast.
