The owners here are very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated them booking us an early taxi for the morning. The room was very clean with a lovely view. Not far to the Alpine Zoo or city centre. About 30 min walk from the train station.

Fabulous, Tyrolean style breakfast room. Very helpful staff. Not a swishy hotel but excellent value for money and very clean and comfortable.

Views from the balcony of the river and mountains 10 mins walk to Innsbruck old town Comfy bed and pillows Lovely waterfall by side of room - we left the window open to fall asleep to it’s relaxing sound

We loved this property the host was so enthusiastic about Innsbruck and his lovely hotel . We followed his advice and had a fantastic time . The hotel was amazing and the breakfast was excellent

The location is close by the city center, with the perfect view of the river and the mountains. Everything was great, but the best part was the kindness of the Saskia family. We spent Christmas there and had breakfast, which was delicious and receive some marmalade as a gift. We checked out and let our luggage there for the day, and could wait in the dinning room and get some extra coffee before leaving. We can only recommend and wish to come back and stay again there!

The location, views from room are breathtaking. Lovely hosts as they help you with everything even minute details like sorting bus pass for you, how to travel, what to see without even asking. Breakfast had various vegetarian options tasty and fulfilling. Loved the hospitality, would highly recommend.

Simple B&B, but had all the necessary amenities. Definitely a humble and affordable choice for pricey Innsbruck. A warm bed to sleep and a nice bathroom were great to have. Location was great! Right next to a busy road, but easily crossable. Right on the river and a quick 15 min walk down a lovely and safe promenade to the Downtown. Close to the Funicular for the Top of Innsbruck and a nice grocery store. We loved our view from our room and the free parking. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English well :) I see some people have complained about the noise from the street, but honestly it was very quiet after about 8pm and the only noise was from a couple of kids in the morning and that was no problem. I also appreciate that the room was nice and warm, I’ve stayed in some very cold rooms during my trip and this was by far the warmest!
