We had a great view on the 11th floor. Nice big bed (I’m nearly 2 meters), big badroom. Exactly the room and view were great. And the breakfast aswell! Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was delicious, variety was good, hot food wasn’t warm which was a shame. The staff were pleasant and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Hotel is clean, great atmosphere and our room on the 14th floor was perfect with an amazing view over Innsbruck. Over all I’d recommend and stay again at this hotel. It’s walking distance to so much including the train station and the bus and tram stop is right out the front of the hotel.

Location is perfect between the main train station and old town. The mountain view from our rooms were breathtaking. Staff went all out to get us connecting rooms. Beautiful interior.
