Several staff were particularly helpful and cheerful. - eg Bus driver guy who drove our group olf 5 from and to LAX. Also Tasnia who was particularly helpful at facilitating our group while we were there including arrangements to leave our luggage secure.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great customer service and attention to detail. Calvin was our main contact staff and did a tremendous job, and all interactions with staff was pleasant.

Room was clean & comfortable. Could have been a bit darker (ie. curtains) as the outside environment is very bright, almost like daylight. Location is good. We were able to return our rental car & walk back to the hotel from the airport. It was only about a 10 minute walk which is nothing in a city the size of LA. The Mexican restaurant down the street a short distance was good. Staff printed our boarding passes for us which was appreciated. It is nice there are pet friendly hotels as this is important to many people.

Near city bus stop , shops 5 mins with bus. Near to In n out Burger Restaurant, Asian take out restaurants. Nice and bright spacey Hotel newly renovated. Pool with Sunbeds and Beachtowels.

Was convenient for a one night lay over stay. They had a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which was amazing. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. The staff were great and let us go into the room slightly earlier than 3pm. However was expensive for what the hotel is. Basic but met all our needs.
