Everything is great. Loved the ambience, tempting food & such caring & professional staff. Ms. Disha at front desk was so helpful, and courteous and welcomed us with such bright smile & made our check in & check out so smooth. Mr. Aman & Mr. Swagnik from front desk were helpful as always. Be it large spread of buffet or in room dining, food was so good. Mr. Sugar, Ms. Preeti, Ms. Snigdha, Mr. Jay & Mr. K.K from food & beverages department welcomed us so graciously & took care of all our needs regarding food. Great team makes great brands...Way to go Team Sheraton...Thank you so much for such cherishing memories....

Had an amazing stay!! Everything is perfect...be it facilities , food or staff... When you are tired from traveling & people great you with respect & care, it do matters...This sentence is applicable for Mr. SWAGNIK & Mr. AMAN at the front desk who greeted us with such big smiles & gave us info about smallest details about the property which sorted our queries , Ms. TANISHQ & Ms. PREETI at food & beverages were so attentive & caring that it really made our visit so special that we are visiting back soon. I am really grateful for the wonderful experience & memories you given me Sheraton!!! Would love to visit again & again...

I am a vegetarian so this hotel was such a delght. I had an excellent waitress- Kushboo Kumari who always took great care of us.

Sheraton Grand is a wonderful hotel and a delicious breakfast and friendly staff can really make a stay memorable. It's great that we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean, with limited toiletries.Its our first experience to stay in a vegetarian five star property, you can not get even eggs items in the hotel.

Facilities and overall experiece are good. Regarding breakfast, Staff should ensure hot food serving all the time. Food are tasty and having varieties to balance the guest from various region.
