I have one complaint. Though the stay, facilities, food quality, staff behaviour everything was very great and I appreciate the same. I feel I have been cheated because though when I checked in I am told at the reception that I will be entitled for two bottles of braverares as part of my package only 2 days I was given 2 cans of bear. That too when I asked for it. I don’t understand when this was included in my package why I had to ask for it. And why only 2 days I am provided this?

1. Good staff but could do with some training 2. Good property but needs refurbishments in room, at least the one I was staying in. 3. Barring No 2 it is definitely good value for money 4. Morning breakfast buffet had a very good spread and so too dinner besides the food was yummy

Blue salt restaurant met my expectations for quality food and professional service. The decoration and live music was added bonus. Live counter for dosa etc was superb. Check in and check out was very rapid and early check in was granted by hotel. Housekeeping did a great job and hotel premises was quite clean.

Blue salt restaurant- the group effort and quality assurance by Mr Sohan Singh, Dilraj, Aswani, and Babulal remains exemplary. The food quality and value are exceptional. Room cleaning, especially the commitment of Ravi. The Independence Day event for staff and guests, very good initiative. And finally, the goodbye cake.

I like the property of the hotel and the only person was the lady which was present at the podium of the restaurant reservation just on the side of the lifts on the restaurant floor.
