The Staff from top to bottom were Excellent. Live Entertainment was Fabulous cocktail lounge and Bar Attendant Arron was amazing. Will be going back soon.

The ladies working in the breakfast area are exceptional - so helpful and welcoming.In actual fact the hotels biggest asset. Would not have seen them on this stay if it wasn’t for the fact that the TVs were out of action for duration of our stay and we were given complimentary vouchers.Very comfortable pool area.Good location.

House keeping did a great job every day. Shuttle to a nearby hotel for a conference was very convenient.

Indian Wells Resort is first class in every category ... comfortable spacious rooms, excellent contintental breakfast with the nicest hosts imaginable ... so friendly and available to help the resort guests ... the pool is amazing ... room to spread out, clean and maintained to the highest standard ... the maintenance staff are constantly on task, friendly and concientious ... the front desk administrative staff are top class

I did go for a swim why wouldn’t you it’s so hot nice pool for a paddle I’m a motorcycle rider so they put me in a room so I could park my bike out side best ever Went up the rode for dinner as per staff recommendation fantastic Uber there and back This place is so clean . Only let down for them the hall way floors are giving up

We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything was great. We would like to mention the very nice reggae music playlist by the pool: the management team has a great taste for music! The hotel is charming and its good storytelling makes you feel part of the history.
