We had a lovely stay at Rainboots guesthouse. Even though our meeting with the owner was brief, we felt her warmth in welcoming us. We had a problem of getting back to Seoul from all of the KTX trains being sold out, so we only arrived in Seoul at midnight. We had to take the taxi to this guesthouse for our early morning flight, and the owner was kind enough to wait for us as we arrived so late at night. We also arranged their airport transport service in the morning, and we were able to arrive and fly back safely. Thank you for everything!

Very very clean. General quiet location (but construction was going on next door starting at 6:30am in mid Oct 2024 at least with workers talking but no building noise). Close to Unseo train stop.

I had a great time here. The owner was kind and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and the whole guesthouse was quiet - although other guests were there.

We only stayed one night as we had an early flight but we enjoyed our stay. The room itself was quite spacious and well air conditioned. All of the rooms line either side of a common kitchen and dining space which was well equipped. The owner was also very lovely and the shuttle they offer to the airport was also very reasonably priced. We also liked that it was not far from Unseo station, about a 10 minute walk.

Near to Arex unseo station, shuttle (need to pay) available. So if you have early morning flight, shuttle is good to have.

The apartment is two stops from the airport, convenient location, suitable for transfer, the apartment is clean and hygienic, recommended to stay

Perfect Location when you Need to Go to airport early. Train Station is just few minutes Away. Area is very calm. Don‘t expect a Star Hotel but for the price you get everything you Need. Owner very lovely

My check-in time was late (22:45), but the owner was very hospitable. About 6 years ago I stayed this accommodation, so this was my second stay. Good room and wifi!
