Very comfortable room with good facilities and independent access from outside. Good location next to the bus stop ant the supermarket.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was very unfortunate that we had only 1 night to stay. Would have loved to stay longer. The room was overlooking the lake and we had a sauna in the room, it was great. We also get to see the northern lights, which made our experience unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious and had a very sufficient selection. Overall we had a great experience, definitely recommended.

The hotel is small but with unexpected services. They have link up with excursions shop just next door so that easier for me to book all activities in the hotel. I had huskies ride / aurora hunting by car / aurora fire camp with experience guides. Breakfast was good and their restaurant food are great.

The staff was absolutely wonderful—responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring! We faced an unexpected issue with our flight and had to change our booking dates, but the team handled it so gracefully, ensuring we were accommodated without any extra stress. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. We also loved the range of optional tours they offered—it felt like there was always something exciting to do! Plus, the fact that they provided winter gear was such a thoughtful touch and made exploring so much easier and more enjoyable.

Hotel was closed but we got a bungalow in stead at the holiday village. It was brand new and had its own sauna. Bed was great and kitchen well equipped

Location: Great location! There's supermarket nearby if you need anything, and it's really close to the bus station to Rovaniemi also Visit Inari Safari Office! Room: Pretty neat and great size!
