very beautiful traditional apartment in a quiet part with a great pool with a beautiful view of the caldera. Themis and Maria are excellent. I have been to Santorini 3 times, but this was the best accommodation including services (for example, car rental...).

The location of the property is perfect. The house has a breathtaking view, you don't need to go anywhere else for the view, you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the pool on the terrace of the house. The owner, Maria, was extremely kind and attentive. We met Themis near the house to get the keys of the house, it was very easy. He helped us with our luggage both when entering the house and when leaving. Themis visited us every day to ask about our needs, brought us an excellent breakfast every morning and gave us very good advice. With his advice, we ate very good food, saw beautiful places and had a very enjoyable catamaran tour. When we left, we thought that the best thing we did on our Santorini holiday was to stay in Spitia Tzitzi.

The location was absolutely perfect with breathtaking views from our bedroom. It was immaculate and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay; it was perfect and I would highly recommend it. Themis was an incredible person to have around, offering valuable advice and helpful tips that truly enhanced our stay. We felt genuinely cared for and support was readily available when needed. Maria, the owner, was also present and always eager to ensure that we were having a great experience.

In our opinion the location is the best in the island of Santorini, after visiting every corner of the island. The breakfast is specifically mediterranean, perfect for our family :) Everything was excellent. The place is perfect, with a wonderful view, exemplary cleanliness, and the hosts are also wonderful (Themis and Maria).

In Santorini you have to start with the views. That’s why we all go there, and at Spitia Tzitzi the views are spectacular. Our hosts, Themis and Maria, were charming and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was wonderful (tailored to our tastes every day), and served at a time of our choosing on the terrace with those amazing views. We had a reasonably private terrace, unlike so many other places where the passing parade of tourists walk right past you in your hot tub, although if there are guests in the next door house, they do have to come past the honeymoon suite to get to theirs. But this only happened once in the full week for us. The house was comfortable, spacious and cool, the gift of wine was greatly appreciated and delicious (thank you) and the kitchen was perfect for the odd takeaway, or sandwich, giving you a bit more flexibility than other hotels. Imerovigli is full of restaurants within a few minutes walk, and Themis was very helpful organising taxis for us if we wanted to go further afield. All in all, I don’t think we could have done better.

The property is amazing, the location, the set-up, space, its amenities, and you simply cannot beat it for a view - absolutely exceptional. The property is an original cave house overlooking the Caldera - absolutely stunning..!!
