Amazing view & hot tub, peaceful, quiet area but very close to restaurants, shops etc. Room was very small but we knew that when booking and it was fine for a few days. George the host was very communicative throughout. Tip - travel light not much storage space.

This was our honeymoon and we received a lovely welcome from George. The apartment was lovely, views are simply stunning. We had a nice terrace and hot tub from which to soak up the scenery. The bed was comfy and the apartment nicely decorated. The location is great. Being lower down the cliffs ensured more privacy and peace than some of the apartments higher up. The staff were brilliant. George (owner) is a lovely man and the housekeepers ensured everything was spotless. Highly recommended.

The view from the property was amazing, beautiful sunsets every night .The location was ideal with several restaurants nearby and an amazing bakery who deliver. There are quite a few steps to the property but that is normal in this area.George was very helpful and kind and was always checking that we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for him and his team.We will definitely return.

George was a very friendly and helpful host. he answered all of our questions and was always available. When we arrived there was already water, orange juice, cake etc. in the room, which we really appreciated. The room looked exactly like the photos. The terrace with this view is unique. The location of the rooms is also perfect, very quiet. We didn't find the stairs to the room to be a problem, you have to walk stairs everywhere in Santorini. The cleanliness was exceptional. The cleaning lady cleaned the room perfectly every day, changed the towels, it was always clean! We felt very comfortable. we would book the accommodation again.

I loved the view and how peaceful it was. My host, George, gave me some recommendations on what to visit and what to try in terms of food and drink. I felt great being there, enjoying the tranquility and beautiful sunsets.

Great location, with a private hot tub and breathtaking sunset view! George is absolutely amazing host, very friendly, kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a private cave house in an excellent location, with beautiful views, Latis villas definitely tick all the boxes.

Incredible property with a spectacular view. The view is uninterrupted. The property is very private. The spa/pool was lovely. George was readily available to adjust the temperature as necessary. George and team were incredibly kind and helpful. Room was clean and all we needed. Lovely arrival gift. About 100 steps down to the property but such is Santorini! Certainly worth it. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect. Amazing views (uninterrupted) and a private outside space. The host, George, was fantastic in carrying out our transfers and settling us into the apartment. The apartment was a cosy cave house but spacious enough and a good-sized shower too. Short walk to more restaurants than you could ever eat at!
