First and foremost the lovely staff. Our ferry from Milos was delayed but they were on hand to greet us in the early hours of the morning with a big smile. The property has just a small, amazing team and you can really tell the difference in the quality of service. Second is location. Finding a great sunset spot in Santorini can be a challenge but this amazing property delivered. I would advise against going to Oia for the sunset where the crowds which will ultimately take away the magic of this island. Stay here and enjoy one of the most magical sunsets in absolute peace & quiet. Though close by, Imerovigli is also a world away from the over-developed Thira and Oia. If you want to avoid the hustle & bustle but still be well located, this property is the one for you.

I have searched through many booking websites, read numerous reviews in detail before choosing Caldera’s Memories as our 5-day holiday home in Santorini. I am super happy with my choice! Location wise it’s what we have been hoping for - away from the crowds in Fira and Oia, with sunset at our doorstep. Our Honeymoon Suite was spacious with a loft where our bed was. From our balcony we could see the spectacular sunset and from the side window of our loft we could see the amazing sunrise! Imagine a room which offers both sunrise and sunset!! The staff were superbly hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We were given a sheet of items to choose from the day before and the food was always served hot to our table. I strongly recommend travelers to try the catamaran sunset cruise trip and to rent a car, both can be done with the help of the most efficient staff of Caldera’s Memories. While walking to Fira and going back by bus was totally doable, it was much easier to travel to other places of Santorini in a car. There’s no private hot tub or pool in your own room in Caldera’s Memories, but they do have a beautiful pool and a hot tub in the windmill which you can book for 50euro per hour. There are a lot of hotels with so-called private hot tubs in your room in Santorini. If you see them in person you’ll realize many are right beside public pathways where you find people virtually standing in front of your tub watching you. The more I see the more I appreciate the beauty of Caldera’s Memories.

Staff are superb, nothing was too much trouble for Kalopi or Loukas. The rooms are always kept very clean and the breakfasts were wonderful, always delivered with some banter from Fury.

Wow wow wow! This is such a gorgeous hotel. The infinity pool is exceptional, the rooms are very modern and spotless. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever a problem! There isn’t a restaurant/ bar but they allow you bring drink / food back from local shop which was really great. Location is 10/10 for the relaxing vibe with a stunning view, about 10-15 minute walk to local town. 30 minute walk from Fira. The breakfast was excellent and lots to choose from. Thank you so much to everyone working there for such a lovely stay!

Hotel view is absolutely amazing. You do not need to go anywhere to watch sunset. You can take your vine and sit around the pool and watch the sunset. The staff is very helpful and kind. They are very good to make you happy and relax. I am looking forward to come this amazing hotel again.

The hotel it's a dream come true! Infinity pool overlooking the Caldera and Oia and the very minimal style makes it very elegant and cozy. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was done every day in a very excellent way. Kalliopi at the reception is professional and very helpfull, ready to assist for any needs you might need. Happy we chise this place for our holiday and we will definetly come back!
