The host chrysta was great..she is always available on whats app to assist on choosing a restaurant or to go to places to if you need anything in the room .. excellent service..the view was amazing ,but u cant enjoy the view from ur bed room .

Our stay at the Aqua Luxury Suites has been unreal! It has ticked all the boxes of the luxury hotel - breathtaking views, modern and super clean suites, amazing customer service, great location, delicious food! We started our experience with warm greetings by beautiful Christina, then complimentary delicious breakfast and earlier check-in. Friendly Flamur has been very helpful with our heavy luggage and various tips to make our stay more pleasant. Our special gratitude is to beautiful Chrysa the manager who has been so kind to us by upgrading our original booking to an amazing suite with the best views you can ever imagine!! The whole experience was like a dream! Chrysa has shown a real customer service approach by responding and actioning all our queries straight away via whatsap. Also, thank you Eri and team for your wonderful service with the breakfast. There were some great options for vegetarians. We have modified some dishes to accommodate our dietary requirements and result was excellent. The breakfast was brought to our suite every morning on trays and beautifully served on veranda where we enjoyed our delicious food and breathtaking views!  We really liked the Imerovigli area as it was quiet and private compared to super busy and crowded Oia. To explore the island, you can either take a taxi or you can have a 20m pleasant walk to Fira and enjoy the amazing views on your way. Fira has plenty of shops and cafes. Then you can take a 20m bus to Oia which will cost you 2 Euros and it goes every 30m. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Santorini. Thank you Chrysa and the team for the beautiful experience which we will treasure forever in our hearts!

Location - The location gives you the most breathtaking views of the Caldera. This is the highest point of the island and if you are looking for a relaxed, peaceful vibe, this is a perfect spot. With a bus stop a short walk away (less than 1min) and access to taxis, you can easily visit other parts of the island and return to the serene luxury of this accommodation. Staff - Christina is one of the most welcoming and attentive hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Christina provided us with the most memorable experience during our stay in Santorini - from organising our breakfast to showing us the facilities and keeping our plunge pool at the right temperature. Big, bold beautiful smile on her face - an amazing woman! Chrysa (project manager) is always available via WhatsApp for recommendations, checking to make sure our room was to our satisfaction and extending our stay to accommodate us soaking up as much sun on our balcony while waiting for our evening flight. An absolute delight! Kristi, Maria from housekeeping and the team at Q Bar (Aqua’s bar) were happy to help with directions and gifted us with a beautiful bottle of Greek wine which we indulged throughout our stay. Aqua Luxury Suites - the room was impeccably clean. Spacious. With gentle air conditioning to keep the room cool, sleep was restful and despite the air conditioning, mornings were pleasant without a stuffy nose from the cold air. Great ventilation. The beds scream comfort and you have access to the plunge pool overlooking Caldera views morning, day and night. Unlike the suites that were nestled in the middle of Imerovigli (which requires a bit of walking and stairs to get in and out of), Aqua Luxury Suites is not far from the main town so you don’t have to walk for to get a bus, taxi or eat outside at independent restaurants. All in all, you get the best of everything from Aqua Luxury Suites.

We had the most amazing stay at Aqua. It was a dream, many thanks to very warm reception and top service from Chrysa’s fantastic team who exceeded every expectation throughout our stay. Welcome friendliness, breakfast selection, restaurant recommendations, room service and pre-cooled with air conditioning, parking, they thought of everything to make our first visit to Santorini so memorable, we’re already planning to return with friends. Special thanks to Christina and Konstantinos, always so attentive and helpful with recommending sites to visit and the finer details. Aqua’s definitely great value and best location on the island, we’ll not want to stay anywhere else!
