Lovely staff, lovely views, very well-looked after hotel. Better than being based in either of the bigger towns because it was a little bit quieter and there are still very nice places to eat nearby - a bit of walk up the hill from Fira but worth it to be away from the crowds!

A hotel in a perfect location with an amazing view and I think that's why its price is accordingly, but it also had its drawbacks: we arrived in the middle of October so the water in the pool was cold, the pool in reality is much smaller than in the pictures on booking, the room was cute, the breakfast was poor and not varied at all, There were no vegetables and salads, few pastries, and drinks, but again the view wins there and is spectacular. The safe was not attached to the wall at all.

The property was in a very good location. The views of the Caldera were amazing. The room was lovely and was exactly how it was described. We asked if we could have our room for longer after our check out time of 12pm due to our pick up not being until 8pm. They checked for us and because there wasn’t anyone due to occupy our room until the next day they said we could have our room until we get picked up. It was so kind of them to let us have the room. It made our last day so much easier and stress free. We really appreciated this.

This accommodation was just what we needed after a months travel. We soaked up the sun enjoying all the facilities - pool, our private spa and also the day spa services. The staff could not do enough for you and were very attentive. Great location which is quieter than nearby Fira which you can walk to or there are still a few lovely restaurants/bars next door.

The location is excellent plus the view of the Caldera is exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and the amenities are great. Very clean room, cosy, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to. They even allow you to leave your luggages for a couple of hours after check out prior to your flight. Super helpful as well and proactive staff. Will definitely come back! :)

We absolutely loved our stay here, The facilities are fabulous, it's a beautiful spot. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the hot tub, and it was fantastic. It had fantastic views of the Caldera. The food and staff were amazing. We visited other areas and found Imerovigli to be way cleaner, better, and quieter, yet, still close to everything. The hotel was in an ideal spot. The staff went over and beyond for us. They were so helpful!! we would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
