The staff were all very helpful, they were able to provide information about the area, airport details and activities. They were chatty, friendly and reliable. We were impressed with the whole experience and would use the hotel again.

Very clean place, small kitchen with fridge inside the room, comfy beds, in the center of Ilulissat close to supermarkets, 20-Minute walk to the Icefjord Center, great breakfast.

The rooms were clean, cooking equipment in good condition, and hotel location convenient to key places in Ilulissat. The hotel staff (Kristian) was very friendly and passionate in sharing about Greenland.

The location was nice, in the city center. The rooms were clean and with an equipped kitchen. The personel was very nice, the guy that took us to the airport was very helpful.

Best location. Very friendly staff. We went three consecutive times to the hotel. They secure our belongings when we visited other places. Transfer to the port and airport are included and we're very convenient.

The hotel is located in the centre of Ilulissat – close to everything (e.g., restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, tourist agencies, hiking trails, etc.). The stuff were very responsive when it comes to (online) communication and they offered complimentary shuttle service from and to the airport. The Wi-Fi was also very good.

A very comfortable and well located hotel in the heart of Ilulissat. Walkable distance to most things including the magnificent Icefjord and the Icefjord centre, Knud Rasmussen’s house museum, the Inuit Art Gallery, the harbour and more. It also has a restaurant across the road where we had breakfast each morning. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant are so lovely and helpful. The hotel provides a shuttle service.

We use Hotel Nuka as our base in Ilulissat, among various settlement stays in the Disko Bay. Hotel Nuka is an authentic hotel in the heart of Ilulissat. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is fully equipped and has a small kitchen to cook if you wish. The staff is friendly, too friendly. We felt like home. They provide transfers and pickup rides. This is too convenient. Hotel Nuka does not have view on the icebergs. But we didn't care about that. Because we choose other settlements stays for view.

The hotel is nicely located, rooms are clean and the free aiport transfer service is extremely useful. The breakfast is available at the cafe Nuka, on the opposite side of the hotel. There are other cafe and supermarkets a short walk away.
