Nice and coquette, very well located, with short walk to all Ilfracombe amenities. Lynnes and her doghter are very welcoming hosts. The brekfast is delicious. Thank you!

Parking was available on site for no extra charge. Host was very friendly and there were lots of breakfast options available. Plenty of plug sockets and shower was very good. Location wise, it was less than a 10 minute stroll into the town centre.

Great price,position,staff,clean,fab breakfast,hot coffee, only downfall was on a personal level, due to bad knees, lots of stairs, but that's ilfracombe, very hilly. Will re book on next visit.

Amazing breakfast. room was comfortable and clean with coffee and tea making facilities and a good sized TV. Shower?bath room was gereat with shower gell and soaps provided. Lyne and her staff were super friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. Off road private parking a big bonus. Great location, only a short walk to all the restaurants, pubs, shops and the beach.

Owner and staff very friendly. Breakfast was great and staff give you the option to change the content on a daily basis. Very efficiently run establishment. Room was comfortable and practical, and very clean.
