Size of room. Lovely large comfortable bed. Good central position in town. Our heating was not working when we arrived so I phoned reception. A very pleasant young man arrived in a very few minutes, apologised and got it working in minutes - on Boxing Day.

Centre of the town. Close to harbour so great location.

The location was amazing! Easy check in, friendly staff, nice big bed that was surprisingly comfortable, great for people watching!

The cooked breakfast itself was good. The toast was ok and although a cheap Kingsmill loaf, it was good that there was a choice of wholemeal or white. Inside seating is rather gloomy, but the terrace overlooking the Harbour beach is a real bonus when the weather allows.,
