Loved the location. It is nestled in a very peaceful valley, full of birdsong . The bed was the comfiest I think I have ever slept in. The decor was lovely. Could not have been more welcomed. Having the bus stop at the top of the drive was a bonus for us when walking. One day we did not have to use the car at all.

Lovely shower and heated towel rail. Excellent breakfast - fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and full English. 1 safe parking space for each room. Lovely grounds Good location to explore from. Nice walk from property down quiet lane through lovely park and on into the centre of Ilfracombe.

The bed, so comfortable, all my breakfasts, the host, Donna, (didn't meet Paul) and the guests I got to know. Really like the place, and its location. Will go back if or when I ever go back nearby and get to view the gardens. Pouring with rain on my last day, sadly. Thanks Donna and Paul.
