Warm friendly welcome for us and our dog. Excellent location for dogs with walks right on the doorsteps and poo bin on site and on nearby walks. Breakfast was very good quality with options including fruits, yogurts, cereal, toast and full English. Characterful bar and lounge available for use as well as some outdoor seating. Our room had a small balcony and was small, but well formed.

Our room was upstairs but she took our cases up and brought them down. Lovely view, enjoyed the breakfast room, the sun room and thought the bar was a good touch. Great breakfast variety with delicious local jams and fruit. We had good suggestions about things to see at the Seafront. We found it an excellent base for day trips and enjoyed exploring the town too.

The host was very kind and helpful. Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend it. 5 minutes driveway from the town centre. Easy to find it. Easy to parking. It's definitely worth it.

Lovely place, lovely staff, beautiful breakfast and dog friendly, especially when they asked if the dogs wanted a sausage for breakfast, there is a small walk then you get onto the coast path, and then into town another nice walk, didn’t need a car. comfy bed and cosy room thank you for having us

Alison, Heather and staff are consummate hosts. It's a haven in a wonderful place. Beautiful views from upstairs rooms. Next to Tor Devon pathway walks. Excellent facilities. It has the most wonderful honesty bar which is well equipped. A very warm place to stay. 10 minutes from Ilfracombe town walking. Beautiful views . A treasure of a place. Heather cooks a superb breakfast.
