The fine print
There is 24 hour manned security on the premises. Please note, the number of guests occupying the room should include children in the total amount. A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and credit card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit cards. The property also requires a copy of a valid photo ID of the lead guest is sent to Ilford Tower Apartments prior to arrival.For guests that arrive later than normal check-in time (after 18:00), the property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. Late check-in starts from 18:00. A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed an all visitors have to show a valid photo ID. Early check-in is possible subject to availability, for an additional fee. Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 150 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room. Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos, otherwise all the furniture are of the same top standard. The property has a strict no party and excessive noise policy. Any guests found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund. Kindly note that the lead guests must be aged 21 years or older.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The apartment was clean, it is spacious, a lot of light enters through the windows and it is warm, it is very well located 8 minutes walk from the station, a street full of shops, supermarkets, it has a small shopping centre and you find H&M, TK MAX, Primark .. restaurants. 7 stops from the centre of London, the staff was very friendly very attentive, I would stay here again Without a doubt

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to collect the keys out-of-hours. The apartment was stylish, clean and equipped with all of the appliances we needed, like a washing machine, microwave and hairdryer. The beds were comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure. They cleaned the rooms half-way through our stay and provide fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. Would definitely recommend for families.

We stayed here as part of a group of youth soccer players and parents from Canada. The staff were helpful and it was very easy for us to collect our keys even though we arrived later than the usual check-in time. Our apartment was nicely designed and had a great kitchen. The washing machine was particularly useful! There was free wi-fi and the fridge was a good size. The location was perfect (7 min from Ilford Station), with lots of grocery and clothes shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this place for tourists who want to be able to cook their own food and do laundry. See you next year!

The apartment was clean, nice bathroom, the staff called Yeasmin was helpful. I love the location! It has malls around, the ilford train station is closeby. Ease of transportation to any part of London.

We were able to check in around 1 PM which was really nice. The studio apartment is specious enough for couples. There are lot of local stores so you can have groceries easily. The apartment do not have dishwasher.

The apartment was nice, large and mostly clean. The bath plug and drain was dirty and in need of cleaning properly. The facilities were good. Unfortunately the water stopped for about 6 hours on Sunday evening and it was very inconvenient.
