The place is 7/10 minutes walk from Ilford Station Elisabeth. The Staff is nice but we had to change our rooms 3 times in 3 days due to some problems at the beginning and other reasons...it was not very comfortable for this reason. The carpet would need a deep clean (if I can suggest) but the rest is ok for a short stay in London as the price is very competitive taking into consideration that in a short time you can be in central London. 👍

for the price, the hotel was excellent - much better than I had expected. The Irish receptionist (I mention "Irish" in order to identify her_ was SO nice and helpful with a couple of issues that I had regarding transportation. She definitely "went that extra mile".

Positive stay of 3 nights, the room and bathroom were clean and were cleaned every day, and every day sheets and towels were changed. The room was quiet and the staff friendly. Basic décor but there was everything we needed, we asked for a hair dryer and they got it immediately. The location of the hotel is convenient and the area quiet even at night, only a few minutes walk from Ilford station (Elisabeth Line - zone 4)). Nearby a street full of places to eat for all tastes and a supermarket open 24h. £100 deposit but it's clearly specified on booking, so no surprises. if you are looking for services from a grand hotel, then book the grand hotel at the price of the Grand Hotel. I would say very good value for money. I will still consider it for my future trips to London. Thank you to all the staff.

Welcoming. Warm in spirit. The room was also warm. Hot beverages for the cold winter weather in room. Location is a very short walk to the Elizabeth line to London city centre.

Location excellent 10 min walk from ilford station . Room was clean and basic a lot better than i expected for 50 GBP

If you're expecting a Hilton then you're going to be disappointed If you're expecting a standard fit out standard formula chain hotel, then you're going to be disappointed Go with the expectations of budget, accommodation, a grade or two up from the most basic of hostel type lodgings and you are just about on target and it's up to you to decide how much you pay for that This was an adequate bedfor the night. Complete with private ensuite shower. Nothing more, nothing less The stuff here are all excellent and provide amazing high-level customer service and I come from a customer service background so know what's hot and what's not Would use again if price was right
