Our room was bigger than expected which totally surprised us. Also, we enjoyed the central heating system, even though some reviews said it was too warm. The hotel was just off the bay and close to several bus stops that made it really easy to go around attractions. We had some problem during the stay but the staff were being really efficient and helpful even on the new year day!

We received a complimentary upgrade to a Family Room, which was lovely! The room and bathroom were very spacious and our stay was very comfortable. All the staff were helpful and very attentive. The hotel looks new and very clean. The location is excellent! Close to several cafés and restaurants, a bus stop that takes you to Valetta and the airport, and a short walk from the ferry that takes you to Valetta and from which there are also boats for excursions. Great value for money.

The hotel is quite new and affordable. The staff was great and helpful. The location is very central and it's very easy to get anywhere. Modern electrical sockets were very helpful, we could easily use our european plugs to charge everything without a converter. It was very warm even though it was december.

The location was excellent, very near everything. Walking distance to the ferry to Valletta and close to the aqua pool, which is very good, you can eat and drink there. Also, there are lots of sun-beds. Entrance is €20 each but free to customers of Strand Suites.
