Staff were excellent, location is perfect, and security is great! Towel rail or hanger in the bathroom will be good. Music playing till late at night in the hotel compound when the walls are not sound proof was not helpful. The hotel needs to review the policy of not serving complimentary breakfast in the room, it plays against the hotel's competitiveness.

I liked the location, ambience and staff members. However, the Wi-Fi was horribly poor. This affected my work massively.

I liked pretty much everything, the location of the hotel - on a safe and secluded street, the Staff were courteous doing their job excellently, I enjoyed the meal, and I loved the attention to detail and ambience of the hotel design and the messages on each canvas as you walked on the corridors. It was wonderful experience for my husband and I.
