It was very close to the airport and easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is near Osaka airport and shuttle bus is available.

It was very close to the Osaka airport and shuttle bus is available upon request. The staff has gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and helped arrange the bus for us. They also helped receive and immediately recognise us for our luggage delivery.

No breakfast provided. Location quite distant at 3.5km but the great thing is it provides a free shuttle bus to the airport at key times. It would be better if they offered more times during the morning and day, and made it easier and clearer that a bus is available and where to find it at the airport.
