I loved the traditional Japanese accommodation. The owners are lovely and friendly. It's so close to the ski slope, local supermarket, restaurants and express buses to nozowa onsen and ilyama. The onsen was amazing after skiing all day. No line ups for the lifts.

The first thing to say is that the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is great, at the heart of the resort, just a couple of minutes walk from the ski slopes. The rooms are simple and comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. The bath downstairs is spatious and very pleasant and the facilities for skying are very good, with even a drying room for ski gear! It was a great stay!
