The hospitality of the staff was top tier. The owner was so welcoming and hospitable. He provided lifts to the ski field and even gave us a mini tour of the town so we were orientated and knew where to venture/eat. The food is also really really good, highly recommend eating there for breakfasts and dinners, you’ll get the full experience!

Group of Australian friends skiing at Nozawa Onsen, our host was such a great guy, drove us to Nozawa Onsen and back every day and helped out with everything, charming place and the Japenese beds are more comfortable than I thought they would be. Already miss the place!
