The communication was good via Whatsap. The lady was super friendly and helped out with all kind of information. Thanks! The place is spacious enough, especially for just me alone. If there wouldn´t have been the mildew, I would have been quite satisfied for that price. The location is very centric so whatever this un-touristic but nice village has to offer it is close apparently - but I have only stopped over for a night and just seen the local club (not really the place for intellectuals but a funny bam bam music experience), some cafes and restos and supermarket close by, beach is also close by, everything totally different compared to the tourist hot spots. That was kind of nice.

10 points for location, very close to the beach and main business street and promenade, yet still quiet. Even in the center of the city with houses very close there was a small garden and few private parking places you needed to book in advance. Sitting area outside was also nice and the host was very friendly. Super aircon !!! because it was very hot when we were there. Host recommended good restaurant with a discount.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful, the receptionist lady even arranged a taxi ride for us for early morning on the day of our leave. The room was very clean.
