Beautiful apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and a lovely big bed. The shower was a dream. The host is extremely helpful and friendly.

The flat was immaculate, excellent value for money and great location, the owner Bernard was very helpful and great communication on arrival in Ypres, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else now after 10 years of visiting, less covid, highly recommended

The property was immaculate and very comfortable. It was within a very short walk to the centre of Ypres and there was a secure car park a short drive away. Bernard was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Place was clean and well appointed - but the television screen was broken so there was no tv for the 4 days we were there. Bernhard was a cheerful and welcoming concierge who came straight over when I reported that the tv would not go on. Clear booklet of instructions.
