The house was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The house was enormous and decorated lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the location was excellent. We were a 3 minute walk away from the Menin Gates and the market square. I stayed there with 6 adults and there was plenty of space for us all.

A lovely house with everything you could need, very quiet and peaceful but so close to the centre of Ypres and the Menin Gate. The pool table in the attic was great. Would definitely stay again.

Everything you need is in the accommodation. There is a nice outdoor seating area and the whole house is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect for the town and Menin Gate.

Excellent host, met us at the property and showed us around, beautiful property, plenty of room, lovely pool table upstairs. Lovely courtyard with table and chairs. Birdsong house was a great location near to everything. We had an amazing time, thank you for everything.
