Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The Hamacas, plants and quiet space. The bungalows are very comfortable and all guests are all in the same vibe of “relax” and not a party place. Very grateful for my stay.

It’s a quiet place with stunning garden and super helpful staff. Woke up in birdsong and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but I think it’s normal in Peru.

Great location in Huacachina and slightly off the main strip so probably quieter than a lot of other places. Very chilled vibe and friendly staff. Pool is lovely with a view of the giant sand dune.

Our stay was so nice, I wish we could stay longer. We slept in a renovated room, which was really clean. The outside area is beatiful, and also the pool very nice. They also have a bar open until midnight. The staff was also anazing, they organised a Taxi for us and prepared a lunch box for our bus ride. I recommend everyone to stay here.

The location of Rochabus is the best as it is situated next to Huacachina. The setting is most inviting, has a nice pool, nicely decorated with hammocks etc. Jesus at the reception was super friendly and efficient. The breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, was great and included.
