One Suites is exactly as advertised—spotlessly clean with an attentive staff that’s nearly perfect. However, we felt that the place lacked a bit of soul and coziness. The couch, for instance, was quite firm and not very comfortable for lounging. On the positive side, the location is convenient. The harbor was easily accessible using the ferry system, and the city center was within walking distance. The surrounding area was fine, but it didn’t quite capture the charm that Ibiza is known for.

Wow what an amazing weekend break away with my wife. Our first time to Ibiza and also to One Ibiza Suites. We will be back and on every aspect would give the venue 10/10. Thank you for a fantastic weekend away

Really enjoyed the service, room cleanliness, shower pressure and overall experience. Worth noting that the beach and strip of restaurants out the front are actually quite nice compared to other parts of playa d'en bossa

Beyond incredible! I’ve travelled all over the world and can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They went above and beyond to make it feel like a 5 star experience. Everything was above expectations. When coming back to Ibiza there’s nowhere else I would stay

Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location perfect. Taxis are a struggle which is where it helps to have the hotel taxis which were never more than a 15 minute wait.

Hotel location was perfect and the staff were all brilliant. The room was a good size and perfect for the purpose of our stay. Rooftop bar and views were lovely. Overall very happy with the quality of the hotel.
