Apartment Overview

The Mar y playa apartments are located at the seafront of Figueretas beach. In a 15 minutes walk you arrive to the center and its famous-beautiful Ibiza old town.
The apartments are bright and spacious with balcony, air conditioning, kitchenette, lounge area with satellite TV. and free Wi-Fi Most of them have sea view
There is a fresh-water shared pool area with sunbeds, snack bar and restaurant that serves breakfast and meals during all day.
Right in front of the apartments there is a little pier that offers regular ferry services to Formentera, Ibiza port (old town) and Playa d'en Bossa.
The most famous and popular nightclubs in Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza town are located just 2km away from the Mar y Playa apartments, and the distance to the airport is 8 km.

Lovely busy but quiet location All apartments look out on the sea and the beach is just the promenade with away. Boats to Formentera dock at the pier directly in front. Some nights we ate in and supermarkets like Lidl are close by. Staff were courteous and helpful. Easy walking distance to the Old Town and the nearest beach to same. would go again ( but deal direct with them ).

Fab location, friendly staff, super clean, lovely views. Room 206 has a wrap around balcony with full sea views.

Location right on beautiful beach, easy to access supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Very handy having the water bus stop right outside, a lovely way to travel to Ibiza town.

Perfectly nestled between Bossa and Ibiza old town. Pool area looks out onto the beach. Good choice of cafes and supermarkets close by, as well as it’s own restaurant.

Great property with a stunning view and position! I loved the staff! Everyone was so friendly and polite, literarily everyone, from the housekeeper to the managers!
