Likes: Facilities and location were good and the staff was lovely. Dislikes: Noisy in weekend nights: very loud music in the evenings until early morning. No air conditioning: this is only available in the summer so we had to open windows to cool the room

Service, location, facilities. Tirol Restaurant is excellent to also have a conversation, compared to the loud crowded restaurants on Palas campus. The 11th floor Sofia Sky Lounge is amazing for sunset and after dinner chill out.

The staff are very helpful From the bellman welcoming you with a smile and eager to help and assist for any enquiry, to the reception who are doing their best , waiters in the restaurant very cheerful and nice in understand your needs. Overall the hotel is best in Iasi so far

Location is fantastic! Staff was friendly and breakfast is amazing. We also thought the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.
