Nice location, near high street and canal. Short drive to coast. Handy there's parking at property and the beds were comfy & very clean & fresh. Good having little fridge, toaster & microwave + plates & cups to use in an upstairs living room area. Delicious filling full English breakfast.

The location was great - central Hythe, near the High Street and and a short walk to the sea front. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment there. Suzanna was an excellent host!

Lovely quaint and beautifully decorated. Suzanne was very pleasant and accommodating and helpful with directions to the church. The location was great and the view from the window was lovely. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious and worth every penny.
