Allround friendly, customer orientated and professional staff. Can't really pick out one person specifically, all at same superb level. Great room, spacious with all amenities. Uitised Executive Lounge which was of high standard.

Spacious, clean and above all the exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of staying recently with my wife and young daughter. The attention from the staff was superb, I’d particularly like to call out Gilbert and Arvind in the Amara restaurant who made our stay very memorable.

We had a pleasant stay at Trident Hyderabad. The check in process was smooth and efficient. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel amenities were top notch and my daughter enjoyed the swimming pool.The restaurant served delicious meals. What I really appreciate is the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction starting from front desk to housekeeping. Siddesh, Prachi,Siddharth and Chiman at the front desk were really positive and helpful.
