I would like to shout out two staff members: Bhavani who checked us in and remembered us from earlier in the week. Akshaya who very kindly noticed my wife was wandering distracted and organised a meal for us in a nearby restaurant. She really made the trip feel unique and the personal interaction and touch really stood out. I apologise if I have the names the wrong way around or misspelled! But hopefully they will remember us.

This hotel is truely five star. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities are amazing. Beds are so comfortable. Good choice of restaurants onsite.
