The fine print
As part of our scheduled maintenance, we will be shutting down the swimming pool from 31st May, 2023. We apologies for the inconvenience caused and our services will be back by 16th June, 2023IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.A New Year's Eve gala dinner will be available at the property for guests staying on 31st December. The mandatory festive meal surcharge on INR 1400 taxes per person is payable during check-inPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Breakfast was good. Location excellent for my purpose which was to attend a visa interview at the American consulate. The staff were very polite, cheerful and helpful.
